This device mainly consists of a dilution mixing system, a heat medium heating circulation system, and a control system. The various systems complement each other, coordinate their work, and achieve heating, dilution, and stirring functions.
The dilution mixing system mainly consists of a dilution kettle, a reducer, process pipelines, and valves. Its function is to thoroughly mix, stir, and dilute the drag reducer with crude oil.
The heat medium circulation system mainly consists of electric heaters, heat medium pumps, expansion tanks, process pipelines, valves, and detection devices. Its function is to circulate the heat medium (thermal oil), allowing the heat medium to obtain heat from the electric heater and provide heat for the heat exchange equipment.
The control system is mainly set up for operators to monitor the entire additive heat treatment process, using PLC and human-computer interaction interface to collect, display and control important signal data of this system.
